Studio Beaujour Beausoir - Brand Identity

I was asked to create the identity of Studio Beaujour Beausoir. It is an interior designer studio based in Paris.

The studio's mission is to help its clients with their decorations projects.
Studio Beaujour Beausoir proposes a tallied offer regarding the client's needs and budget (from mood and colour recommendations to the full project management).
The studio also offers its helps to estate agencies by providing them sales tools.
The studio's biggest challenges are:
- Facing the competition, as this is a cluttered industry with multiple actors, mostly on Instagram
- The confusion by the public of the two professions of interior designer and interior architect

The Studio Beaujour Beausoir's personnality can be described by the following adjectives: human, listening, ingenious, creative and curious.

In the brief for the logo's creation, the client asked to implement references to interior design software, like icons for doors or windows, lines and curves.
The brand's colour palette is extremely important when designing a brand.
It is with these colours that the public will recognise the brand's communication.
Studio Beaujour Beausoir is communicating mostly on Instagram, therefore its identity must be strong and instantly recognisable by its colour palette.

The client's brief regarding the colour palette was that it must be composed of earthy tones. The client also asked to add a Klein blue to the brand palette, as this is a trendy colour in decoration.
The logo can be declined in multiple forms (complete stacked version, logotype, icon.
I also decided to design a badge version of the logo that reminds a wax stamp.
This piece of branding can be added to the different elements of communications.
I decided with the client to create a series of illustrations based on the same design principle as the logo, with plain lines and colour blocks with different levels of opacity.
The illustrations represent iconic designer furnitures such as the Eames long chair.
I established a typography system based on 2 fonts families.
The title font is an elegant serif. It is also used as an additional font.

The subtitles and paragraph font is a grotesk font that is used in capital letters for subtitles and normally for paragraphs.
